Chapter Four - A New Day

The walls of the sewer are rather rank looking, there are many scuff marks and cracks, but there is no specific evidence to be found.

"I have no idea where to go from here?" he said.

Trust will look at the direction that the rats scurry assuming that they'll tend to move away from the directions that vamps usually come/go from.

Wits and composure please

"Lets go left" Chariot said "Got a good feeling about left for some reason"

"Left is always right" Trust shrugged in agreement.

"Sure that logic is sound" John said with a bit of a grubble.

John then moved to take point and headed left.

You head left.

As you walk, the space in the sewer starts to become thinner and you find yourselves going down hill. The walkway disappears, and soon you are having to walk in single-file. Out-flow pipes flank the walls every few metres appart which drip into the tunnel youre walking through.

After a few minutes of walking through the tunnel you come to an intersection. You can keep going straight, or you can turn right. On the left wall there is a ladder leading up.

john looked to the others "Straight, right or up?" he asked.

"Hellooo!" Trust shouted out.

You all hear Trusts voice echo down the sewer tunnels. The accoustics are fabulous if not ideal.

For a few moments there is silence, but then eventualy, you all hear "hey there!" echo back in response. The voice is male.

John looks incredulous and hides his shotgun under his coat.

Eventually you all hear the unmistakable sloshing sounds of feet trudging through the sewer tunnel to the right.

Trust smiles and waits.

As the person sloshes his feet nearer you all begin to make out his form. Hes also a vampire.

Wearing wellington boots, jeans and a hoodie with the hood up, conceiling his facial features, and a bag over his shoulder he trudges up to you all. "Hi then again. So... You moving or what? You're all kinda in the way here" he says simply.

John frowns "Depends we're looking for someone, one of your kind in fact, maybe you can help us?" John asked.

"Woah woah i dont want trouble" the vampire says.

John smiled "Nor do we, we're looking for a newbe he's caused some trouble and we've been asked to drag him back to the person he's pissed off so they can do whatever they like to him. So any chance you might know of someone like that?" he asked.

"Newbie?" The vampire remarks seeming surprised. "Huh. Thats interesting..."

"whys that?" John asked.

"Well newbies dont usually try to cause trouble unless they can help it, it kind of sets you in a particular light that means you're more or less socially screwed. Plus the Lord doesnt suffer trouble-makers" he remarks.

"Well this one has and we need to find him, any ideas where we might find him or someone that might know him?" he asked.
