It's a dumpy three floor building that been broken up into bedsits, the hallway as a bike or two in it, a pile of unopened letters and looks like it's never been hovered.

Johns room is in the basement in the far corner of the building the smell of damp hung it the air. Inside his box room there is a single bed, a workbench with plastic boxes under it, a stool and one of the cheap fabric wardrobes.
